Francesco Pandolfini moved his first steps in the Antonio Mattei biscuits factory and historical family shop in Prato. Heir of the ancient Tuscan confectionery tradition in 2001 Francesco started up the Deseo company, realizing thus the desire to have a one’s own crafted laboratory. His passion for food and his continuous spirit of research guide him in experimental creations of tastes and combinations.
