Risotto with Bacon and Chickpeas 250g

Ready to cook mix for Risotto, with Carnaroli rice, Chickpeas and bacon. “The Aironi” has realized a line of mixed for risotto with selected raw materials to meet the consumer’s needs that want to enjoy a good first quality dish in short times. Here it is a surprising combination that exalt the savoury of its ingredients.

In a large cooking pan with some warm oil pour the mix for risotto and let it stir fry at a low temperature for one minute. Always stirring, pour half a glass of water (or white wine) and let it evaporate. Pour, little by little, 700 ml. of hot water and let it dry completely (15 minutes). Add salt to taste. Add some grated cheese and whisk for one minute.
