Hidden by a thin crust, in this Organic Pecorino cheese we find a compact structure, slightly grainy straw-white colour. The respect for the rigid standards for its production at all stages make this product exceptionally cared for and controlled, capable of guarantee to the palate a wide variety of aromas and a unique flavour complexity typical of the sheep’s milk.

Enjoy it with white wine, if you prefer cold, or with a glass of Tuscan red wine.

Caseificio Maremma is a dairy farm is located in Maremma area of Tuscany, near the Tyrrhenian sea, in a land rich in perfumes and flavours. Since the early 1960s, the dairy farm produces typical cheeses renowned all over the world.
