  • Fig chutney in mustard syrup is a spicy-sweet sauce made of ground and packed candied figs with the addition of sugar syrup and flavoured glucose. This chutney is produced in Voghera following the ancient traditional Mostarda di Voghera recipe.


    To be combined with boiled or roasted meat, cured meat, fresh or matured cheeses.

    Ingredients: 54% candied figs (figs, sugar, glucose syrup, antioxidant: sulphur dioxide), sugar, glucose syrup, mustard aroma. Allergens: sulphur dioxide. The mustard aroma (Allyl isothiocyanate) contains no allergen-defined substances as set out in annex II of Regulation (EU) no 1169/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011Ground and packed candied pears with the addition of sugar syrup and flavored glucose.
