Valpolicella Superiore DOC


Valpolicella Superiore is a very refined and complex wine typical of Verona countryside Valpolicella in Veneto. This DOC wine is an ambitious Valpolicella, full of character and personality that will be enhanced with the ageing in bottle. It is made from about 50% fresh grapes and 50% of grapes that have been slightly dried for 20 days. Aged in wood for 20 months, assembled and bottled.

  • Aroma: Dry red wine with a bright ruby red ​​colour.
  • Tasting: On the nose, it reveals scents of spices, tobacco and white pepper, mineral notes of graphite, coffee, cherry and red berries. In the mouth, it is rich, full-bodied and soft, characterized by soft tannins with great depth.
  • Pairing: Paired with strong and rich dishes. It marries appropriately important dishes prepared with game.
