Tangerine chutney in mustard syrup is a spicy-sweet sauce made of ground and packed candied tangerine with the addition of sugar syrup and flavoured glucose. This chutney is produced in Voghera following the ancient traditional Mostarda di Voghera recipe.

To be combined with boiled or roasted meat, cured meat, fresh or matured cheeses.
