The smoked ham is the result of intuition and passion of the South Tyrol peasants. At the bottom there is a secret jealously kept, an ancient recipe handed down from generation to generation for over 100 years.
Simply sliced, not too thin, by slicer or knife and accompanied with rye bread, as tradition wants. Excellent in cuisine also as a base ingredient for fast and tasty first or second dishes, as rolls or “Valdostane”.

The family run Dell’Adda farm is located in the Adda valley at the foot of Mount Resegone, in a land rich in country scents where the landscape between mountains and fields recalls the country life of the peasant grandparents. In this corner of history the Dell’Adda farm specialized itself in the production of pigs. Over the years with wisdom and mastery they specialized in the production of heavy pig; essential raw material for the production of the typical Italian sausage.
