Rubicone Sangiovese "S-Cètt" is made from Sangiovese grapes from the vineyards on the Mercato Saraceno hills. After manual harvesting, the grapes are carefully selected and then undergo spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, followed by ageing for 12 months in steel and six months in the bottle. No sulphites are added to the wine.

Bright ruby red in the glass. Intense nose expressing aromas of fresh red fruit, blackberries and cherries, combined with sensations of violets. Full-bodied mouthfeel, marked by a pleasant freshness and silky tannins.
