Fruit compote (raspberries 80%, sugar 20%), aroma (lemon zest). The compote is presented in a very natural appearance, the fruit is washed and cooked and minimum sugar is added to make it smooth and not sticky or plastic and to allow a wide range of use.
The compote may be consumed according to your preferences, since the fruit goes well with many dishes. Sweet or savory, hot or cold, sugar makes it smoother but never rubbery or plastic, even after cooking. In savory dishes: meat and raw or cooked fish, salads, paired with cold cuts or fresh or aged cheese, in combination with ricotta, panna cotta, cheesecake and ice cream. Obviously great for breakfast. It is great warm to garnish any kind of dish, without caramelizing but remaining smooth and full-bodied.

The family-owned company is currently run by members of the family. It has an area of about one hectare fully cultivated with floricane and primocane raspberries. Non-organic by choice, in addition to the core product, chestnut and hazelnut trees, typical of the area, are also grown in a smaller area. The company is structured to offer the highest quality and makes the latter the basis for its production.
