The history of the Pistocchi factory is that of two siblings: Claudio and Claudia Pistocchi who have been working together for 25 years, producing in their florentine lab the famous Pistocchi cake born in 1990 by Claudio’s creativity. The factory’s winning card is simplicity, an extremely delicious simplicity! Strong of the success found, after few years of its creation the so called Pistocchi cake has been registered to distinguish it from various imitation attempt over the years. Innovation and constant research are the foundation of the Pistocchi factory, which over the years has developed several variants of the classical cake and also a line of products for which they can avail of various Italian and international awards to demonstrate their uniqueness. Pistocchi cakes are all hand-made, one to one as once. They are vacuum packaged to maintain the aromas, the chocolate and cocoa scent intact. Only first quality dark chocolates, bitter cocoa powder and very few milk cream are used. The renowned cake adds to the production of dragèes very small but of great quality: only chocolate, fruits and spices.
