This classic ragù bolognese is made following the traditional recipe, by using beef and pork meat slowly cooked under low fire; which is what gives the decisive and unique taste.

To taste classic ragù bolognese at its best we suggest to combine it with a homemade egg tagliatelle, or, to prepare the famous lasagna. In both preparations, we suggest to end up with a sprinkle of Parmigiano Reggiano.
