  • Perhaps the oldest cheese ever been produced, even before that of sheep’s and cow’s milk, pure goat cheese has been very important in the human nutrition. In the last few years it is regaining the prestige lost, above all for its high digestibility and excellent nutritional qualities, containing more iron and calcium than any other dairy product based on cow’s milk. Pleasantly fresh at room temperature it has a thin straw-white crust that encloses an elastic structure with small holes.

    Enjoy it in every moment of the day, alone to discover every nuance or for a tasty snack, with toasted fresh bread, or mixing it in fun appetizers with the adding of croutons and seasonal vegetables. Combine it with white wine or with a cold beer.
