This cru Extra dry DOC Prosecco is produced employing refining practices such as the clonal selection and multiple harvests.
Since produced from 100% Glera grapes which are harvested during the nights of the second decade of September in order to guarantee the preservation of the grape’s aromatic characteristics, it is labelled as Millesimato.

  • Aroma: Clearly fruity with hints of apple, pear and a delicate note of citrus fruit, which delicately leaves flowery hints.
  • Tasting: This wine is characterised by a brilliant pale yellow colour, a typically fruity scent with floral nuances (wisteria and acacia) and notable apple and pear characteristics. The flavour is dry, sharp and persistent, with beautiful complexity.
  • Pairing: Great wine for starting meals, it wonderfully matches fish hors-d’oeuvres and fish risottos. Also great as an aperitif and as wine for conversations.

The Bosco del Merlo estate winery started up in 1977 when founded by siblings Carlo, Lucia and Roberto Paladin on the border between Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia, in an area recognized as highly suited for wine-growing since ancient Roman times.
