Boneless Prosciutto “Sgambato Pepatello” is the traditional ham made using the typical spices of the Tuscan tradition, garlic and pepper, representing at best the peculiarities of this land. It is made with 100% Italian pigs that are born, bred, fattened and slaughtered in Emilia Romagna and processed exclusively in Tuscany.
Excellent as a starter (mixed with cheese platter) or as a filling for a sandwich or schiacciata bread. The perfect pairing is with saltless Tuscan bread and a bottle of good red wine. Once cut store in the fridge at a temperature between 0 and 4 degrees.
The weight of products as indicated on the label may slightly vary from the real weight of the delivery due to the small-scale artisanal production.

Salumificio Artigianale Toscano Pasquinucci produces, choosing high-quality raw materials, cured meats that are strongly linked to Tuscan charcuterie tradition, such as Briciolona, Tuscan Salami, Soppressata and others.
Bruno Pasquinucci has been the owner of a butcher shop and a little charcuterie workshop just underneath his house in Castelfiorentino, Tuscany, since 1940. His son Stefano, decided to further develop the cured meat production in the little workshop.
Over the years, thanks to the achievements attained, the “Tuscan homemade cured meat Pasquinucci” was born, recognized with the CE IT 3665 L stamp.
Shipments are FREE for orders over € 90 throughout Europe (UE Countries). For all orders of less than € 90, the shipping cost is fixed at € 15. Only for orders shipped in Italy, the cost is € 9 for purchases less than € 90.
Our shipments are safe and guaranteed within the 48-72 hours following the order placement if all the ordered products are available on our warehouse. Indeed, our food and delivery service is subject to the availability of stocks of products in our warehouse. In case one or more products will not be available in time for the agreed delivery date to be respected I Like Italian Food would suddenly contact the customer to find a solution.
The orders received during the week-end would be processed the following Monday.
The cost of the shipment charged to the customer is fixed at euro 15,00 for shipments to all Europe. We pack our products by adopting all the necessary precautions to preserve the integrity of the different food and beverage products sold.
For the delivery to be completed, it is necessary that the customer or someone else commissioned by the former is present when the courier arrives at the address specified in the order confirmation. I Like Italian Food will not be bound by or responsible for any inconvenience or loss arising to you due to the courier fault or to third parties acting (e.g. strikes or lock-outs), or to unforeseen force majeure circumstances resulting in delays or incomplete/missing deliveries. Right after the delivery, the customer should control that the number of items expressed on the receipt is correct and that the package does not show any sign of damage. Any claim should be contested to the courier at the time of the delivery and the phrase “Accept with reserve” should be written on the waybill that you have to sign to pick the package. Moreover, you should specify better on the waybill what do you reserve the right to check. Otherwise, the delivery would be considered accomplished.
