The Primitivo di Manduria PDO "Gocce" is a red wine of remarkable structure capable of conquering the palate with its elegance. The Primitivo grapes grown in the estate vineyards are harvested by hand and, after pressing, undergo fermentation in contact with the skins at a controlled temperature. Subsequent ageing takes place in French barriques for a minimum of 1 month.
Intense ruby red. A nose which smells of jammy red fruits, berries and caramel. In the mouth, it has an essential structure without renouncing its natural taste and elegance.
