The Pizza Ovale 'La Schiacciata' or Roman 'pizza alla pala' was rolled out in a round shape or in a longer, rectangular shape, like the old wooden shovels used by Roman bakers to bake bread.
It is handmade and kneaded with Italian flours and extra virgin olive oil from Puglia. It contains no preservatives or artificial flavourings. It is made with mother yeast to guarantee high quality, digestibility and better preservation.
Ideal for lunch, dinner, as a snack, or for your aperitifs with cold meats, cheeses and creams.
The package contains 2 pizza bases of 250g each.
Cooking instructions: electric oven 250°-280° C for at least 5 minutes.
