Pinot Nero DOC named Lajetto is made from organically-grown grapes, cultivated with the utmost respect of the environment, without the use of herbicides, chemical fertilizers and other chemical products. The wine is aged in European oak barriques for 8 months before being bottled, reaching complexity and a full body.

  • Aroma: The wine features intense notes of cherries, ripe berries and toasty hints.
  • Tasting: On the palate, the wine reveals ripe tannins with good structure, fine complexity and long persistence.
  • Pairing: Serve Lajetto Rovero with ribs, duck, rabbit, lamb cutlets, meatballs, ratatouille, pasta and cheeses.
  • Ageing: Stainless steel tanks for at least 15 months.
