For its lightness and high digestibility, qualities are excellent for nutritious breakfasts when eaten with a grilled toast, jam and orange juice. Excellent in salads can easily find space in a cheese platter. Great with beer and white wines.

Caseificio Maremma is a dairy farm is located in Maremma area of Tuscany, near the Tyrrhenian sea, in a land rich in perfumes and flavours. Since the early 1960s, the dairy farm produces typical cheeses renowned all over the world.
