Borgo del Gazzano is an agricultural cooperative voted to the production of high quality PDO Parmigiano Reggiano since 1972. The farm lies in a land that hat has always been rich, fruitful and extremely productive, that is the one including Parma, Reggio Emilia, Modena and Mantova municipalities.
Organic farming production was adopted in 2001 with the purpose to produce a 100% genuine cheese. The compliance with European Organic farming rules allows traceability of the entire production process made under the sign of low environmental impact.
