Granoro's Elicoidali are made with durum wheat semolina of italian origin of the Grecale, Iride, Simeto and Sargolla varieties. Granoro produces organic pasta according to the ancient methods of the Italian organic agriculture that is with no chemical fertilizers and pesticides. The Granoro elicoidali are made with bio durum wheat semolina which give to the pasta a brilliant color and help elasticity also after cooking.
