Moscato d'Asti DOCG is the result of a precise process: the moscato grape is crushed, destolked and placed in a steel vat where it undergoes a ten hours cold maceration at a 10 degrees temperature.
Aroma: it has an intense moss parfume, aromatic and delicate that is a reminiscent of honey, acacia flower and linden.
Tasting: it has a fine and persistent perlage with a sweet taste, fresh and well-balanced.
Pairing: Excellent to accompany dessert and dry pastries, in particular with Nut Cake and Mombaruzzo Amaretto.
