Cimina Dolciaria
Cimina Dolciaria was born in the heart of Tuscia, Lazio's region, and, precisely, in the municipality of Capranica. Rich in green and crossed by numerous waterways, Capranica rises on a hilly territory. The city belongs to the environmental area Cimina characterized by the presence of Lake Vico, one of the most beautiful lakes in Italy by the unique morphology and rich vegetation. The characteristic of the city is the cultivation of hazelnuts, and for this reason, the Cimina Dolciaria finds here its cradle.
