Lajetto is made from organically-grown grapes, cultivated with the utmost respect of the environment, without the use of herbicides, chemical fertilizers and other chemical products. The wine is aged in European oak barriques for 8 months before being bottled, reaching complexity and a full body.
Aroma: The wine features intense notes of cherries, ripe berries and toasty hints.
Tasting: On the palate, the wine reveals ripe tannins with good structure, fine complexity and a long persistence.

The history of Azienda Fratelli Rovero starts at the end of the nineteenth century.
