• Barbera d’Asti DOCG, made from 100% Barbera grapes, features an intense ruby red colour. Grapes selected in Valdonata from the Gustin vineyard – “Gustin in the local dialect stands for “Augusto”- are harvested from the end of September to mid-October. Gustin is made from organically-grown grapes, cultivated with the utmost respect of the environment, without the use of herbicides, chemical fertilizers and other chemical products.
Aroma: Scents of red fruits, such as cherries and strawberries.

  • The history of Azienda Fratelli Rovero starts at the end of the nineteenth century. The last two generations continued the family tradition with renewed passion, expanding the company and using farming techniques that guarantee, in addition to the respect of the environment, safe and natural products. The organic farming has been extended to the whole production over the years, representing now the company’s strong point as an example for many farmers. The company's business focuses on vineyard-keeping, wine-making and farm holiday activities. Every day the Rovero brothers are involved in the management of the vineyards, as well as in the vinification, distillation and production of chinato wines and vermouth.
