Franciacorta Brut DOCG “Primum”
The Franciacorta Brut DOCG "Primum" of the La Valle winery is born from the selection of chardonnay, pinot noir and pinot bianco grapes, from the company's historic vineyards, grown on morainic hills 200 meters above sea level.
After fermentation in steel tanks, the base wines mature in steel for 6-8 months before creating the cuvée. The refermentation in the bottle has a minimum duration of 24 months and after disgorgement, the wine continues to refine in the cellar for a further 6 months before being marketed.

The landscape comes in infinite variations within its large territory: the Lombardy region ranges from the Alps to the countryside, from art cities to tiny hamlets rich in history. Italy’s big lake district (there are more than that fifteen lakes). Lombardy is also the perfect destination for those looking for a dynamic, exciting holiday without getting bored. The cuisine of Lombardy is rich and varied, with solid and rustic flavours that well combine with frigid temperatures and that tell of a close bond with nature and its territory. Recipes passed down from generation to generation are relive through modern reinterpretations yet respectful of traditions.
La Valle winery is located in Rodengo Saiano, in the heart of Franciacorta, in a beautiful hilly area. The historic vineyards enjoy an extraordinary exposure and arise on a land of 185 million years, in which finds of Jurassic origin have been found, contributing together with careful work to donate grapes rich in aromas and fragrances. These privileged and particular conditions have made La Valle a well-known and quality brand.
