Cru Maina is a fine cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil obtained by cultivar Taggiasca olives. It is a dressing that deep its roots in the most ancient Ligurian tradition and enclose all the peculiarity of value and typical delicacy of the Taggiasca olive. Cru Maina is cold-pressed in limited quantities and is the fruit of a two-phase extraction within 48 hours from the olive harvesting.

Cru Maina is perfect to be tasted on every dish and pairs perfectly with delicate dishes or with the typical Ligurian cuisine.
