• Del Borgo condiments come from the same passion put in the production of the traditional balsamic vinegar of Reggio Emilia DOP. Made from grape must that is acetified and concentrated by evaporation. Aged in oak barrels for some years. Del Borgo condiment-Yellow label is the youngest among condiments. 

    Suitable for short cooking times, it is a good flavouring for meat and fish. You can use it to marinate or season salads and olive oil dip.
