The high-end Carnaroli Cru rice "Campo dell'Aia" follows a highly selective process: the rice harvested from one single field, sown and harvested in the same days, hence grown with the same cultivation and climate conditions, is separated from the other lots to obtain a product with great uniformity.

It is perfect to make a risotto ( Toast the rice in extra virgin olive oil, blend with wine, add some broth in a 2 to1 proportion and let it cook for 16 minutes ).
