Condimento Bianco branded under Il Tinello line a sweet and sour seasoning made from white grape juice and wine vinegar. The grape juice is not cooked but is concentrated by evaporation of water with mechanical methods that preserve its transparent white colour.

Its taste pairs perfectly with fish, vegetables and desserts.
