It is not the usual ready-made sauce it is something more: cinta senese ragu is a sauce with high quality meat, characterized by a slow and long cooking as according to the Siena hills culinary tradition.
Ideal with egg pasta, even better with pappardelle, perfect for embracing seasoning and wrap it in a spiral of goodness! Spread with plenty of parmesan cheese and served with a good Chianti wine. Heat the product in a pan at a slow fire or in microwave (400W for 4 minutes).
