It is not the usual ready-made sauce it is something more: Cinta Senese ragù is a sauce with high-quality meat, characterized by slow and long cooking as according to the Siena hills culinary tradition.

Ideal with egg pasta, even better with pappardelle, perfect for embracing seasoning and wrap it in a spiral of goodness! Spread with plenty of parmesan cheese and served with a good Chianti wine. Heat the product in a pan at a slow fire or in a microwave (400W for 4 minutes).
