Fattoria Rodano
Rodáno is located in the municipality of Castellina in Chianti in the heart of the Chianti Classico appellation. The farm has belonged to the Pozzesi family for four generations. The farm is in a certified "organic" regime because all the wines produced come from organic grapes. All the production processes, from pruning to bottling, are carried out regarding the bond with the territory. The Chianti Classico is exclusively produced with autochthonous grapes. All the operations in the vineyard are manual, and the fermentation is spontaneous; during the vinification, the use of technology is limited, the refinement foresees partly big casks and partly cement tanks.
