The Chianina ragù is a typical recipe of the Tuscan cuisine, a dish made with fine meat of Chianina breed, with extreme calm and care.

Excellent with penne trawl in a pan with butter and plenty of parmesan cheese. For a great result, add the pasta to the tooth, whisk it and serve it immediately with grated parmesan cheese and a good vintage classic Chianti. Heat in a pan at a slow fire or in a microwave (400w for 4 minutes).
