Amarone della Valpolicella "Albasini"
Amarone “Albasini” is the most representative wine of the Villa Spinosa winery: a wine that stands out for its traditional and austere style. Refinement and elegance are its strength and identity.
Since the vintage 2010 harvest, it has been dedicated to the ancestors, the Albasini, who built the Figari cottage and began to cultivate the surrounding fields, now planted with vines.
Figari is now one of the three cru vineyards of our company and a natural terrace on the Valpolicella Classica, overlooking the Marano di Valpolicella valley.

To the natural and artistic beauties, Veneto also adds those of the food and wine tradition. From the sea to the mountains, the landscapes of Veneto are indissolubly linked to food products. In Veneto, everything is about taste, smells and flavours. There is a world of typical products waiting for you on the tables of this region. Thirty-six of these marked PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) and PGI (Protected Geographical Indication), and another dozen are about to receive these prestigious European awards.
Villa Spinosa was born at the beginning of the last decade of the last century, in 1990 to be precise, in Negrar, in the province of Verona, in the heart of the Valpolicella Classico appellation. We are in an area that has always been dominated by the cultivation of vines and olives, which finds in Amarone della Valpolicella one of the best representatives of the territory, one of the most significant and important Venetian and national wines. Enrico Cascella Spinosa, the current owner of the winery, with great passion and determination has recovered the rural areas of the estate, transforming them into modern and efficient production spaces.
