Cenatiempo

Gran Tifeo Rosso is a still red wine made only from pure Aglianico grapes, highly selected by talented growers from Campania with exceptional soil.

The grapes harvested in October are brought to the winery for vinification within a few hours. The wine is placed in steel for six days of maceration on the skins and then left on the yeasts for four months at the end of alcoholic fermentation. The wine rests for one month in the glass before being put on the market.

A true Campania Aglianico, masterfully produced by Cenatiempo. A red wine that knows how to amaze the lucky taster with the perfect combination of good structure and pleasant freshness.
