The Brianza bacon fat is the fruit of a masterly by-hand process which allows the evenly distribution of salt and spices that confer the natural and inimitable sweetness to the product. Seasoned with care it is refined with scents and aromas unique.
Thinly sliced, slightly warmed and enjoyed with a simple slice of toasted bread to savor all its sweetness. Excellent as a tasty aperitif over some still warm baked polenta.

The family run Dell’Adda farm is located in the Adda valley at the foot of Mount Resegone, in a land rich in country scents where the landscape between mountains and fields recalls the country life of the peasant grandparents. In this corner of history the Dell’Adda farm specialized itself in the production of pigs. Over the years with wisdom and mastery they specialized in the production of heavy pig; essential raw material for the production of the typical Italian sausage.
